Crystals, Rocks and Minerals
For most items, shipping and handling to International destinations
is USD 15.00 per item by regular Canada Post (surface) mail unless indicated
otherwise; for expedited, express or other rates please contact us so
that we may advise you of the cost for all the options.
Please note that shipping for some items from our "Home Enhancement and
Decor Collection" may be greater, depending on the weight of the item/s.
We will indicate higher shipping costs within the description of the
relevant item/s.
Payment
We accept the following payment

Money Orders (issued by recognized banks)
We will ship on receipt of payment.
Loss / Delay of Shipment
Since shipping is carried out by a third party, any risk
of loss of items passes to the customer once we deliver the parcel to
the carrier. If you do not receive your purchase within 21 days of the
date of purchase, you should immediately notify Amaranth.
We
will assist you in trying to track the package, but will not be held
liable for lost or delayed shipments. However, should your purchase be
returned to us within 31 days from the date of purchase, with the
original packaging completely intact, you have the option of either
having it shipped again at additional shipping cost or being
reimbursed the price of the purchase, less shipping costs.
Sometimes an item may be damaged during transit. Please inspect your package immediately on receipt and in the presence of the delivery person. You should not sign receipt until after your inspection. If there is any damage, note the particulars of the damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. You will need to keep all packaging materials as the carrier may wish to inspect the package. Notify the carrier and Amaranth within 24 hours to file a claim request.
Failure to comply with the above procedure may result in a denial of your damage claim. We will process refunds as soon as the claim is settled with the carrier.
